Collaboration Initiation of FMIPA IPB and Uppsala University

BOGOR (13/3) – Located at the Main Meeting Room, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), FMIPA received a visit from Fredrik Berggren, Project Administrator of Student Affairs & Academic Registry Division, International Office, Uppsala University, Sweden. Berggern’s visit, as a collaboration initiation of Uppsala University and FMIPA IPB, was received directly by the Dean of FMIPA: Dr. Sri Nurdiati, Vice Dean for Academic & Student Affairs: Dr. Kiagus Dahlan, Vice Dean for Resources, Cooperation & Development: Dr. Hamim and his assistant: Ir. Meuthia Rachmaniah, M.Sc.

The purpose of Berggern’s visit to the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is to introduce Uppsala University as well as to present the various forms of collaboration offered to be established with FMIPA IPB. In the field of education, in terms of student exchanges, Uppsala University has established exchanges with 500 foreign universities in 50 countries and collaborates with 3000 universities in research. Uppsala University collaborates internationally with other universities in education and research through three collaborative areas: Student / Staff Mobility, Initiation Grant and Strategic Collaboration.
