FMIPA Students Won The 2nd Place in LITL 2012
LITL (Environmental Technology Innovation Competition) is the flagship working program of Environmental Engineering Student Association held every year. LITL is a competition of college students, high school students, and the public on national scale in the field of environmental technologies. LITL presenting scientific papers competition Environmental Technology, creativity and skill, 3D wall magazine, photography, caricature, and several other supporting competition. In a series of events LITL also held a talk show with the latest themes and speakers who are experts in their field. In addition, there is also a band festival, bazaar, and technological exhibits that are displayed on the top event LITL.
In the event that’s surfacing the theme “Environmentally Friendly Alternative Energy Applications” held from 28-31 March 2012, at the Surabaya Institute of Technology three students of Physics Department FMIPA IPB:

Came out as the 2nd with innovations Fridge Desert: Sand Utilization As Partition in The Pot in Pot Fridge without Electricity to Preserve Food Ingredients, Vegetables and Fruits.
